They are responsible for marketing and selling the portfolio of products by way of phone transactions while offering a high level of customer service and productivity. As a frontline representative for the company, the Inside Sales Advisor focuses on new customer enrollment, consumer retention, and providing sales support to our customers and partners./ppLocation: Indianapolis - Remote schedules available/ppTraining to be completed in office at corporate office in Indianapolis/ppSchedule: Day shift position from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm/ppRelocation Expenses Reimbursed: No/ppQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. IMG will not be providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this position/ppDuties and Responsibilities/pulliRecommends the appropriate IMG product and assists prospective customers with new quotes and application completion via the portal./liliMaintain a high level of international industry knowledge./liliThoroughly understand the products and services sold./liliPerform needs-based selling techniques and skills to appropriately analyze, probe, and identify prospective customers and partners needs./liliConduct consultative selling with probing to ask appropriate questions and actively listen to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems./liliEngage prospective customers on the benefits of IMGs products and services./liliBuild positive relationships with producers and customers to ensure continued interest in IMGs products and services./liliParticipate in sales meetings as appropriate and provide input for generating sales./liliUpdates CRM tools (Salesforce.com) and ensures that call logs and new business opportunities are tracked in CRM systems./liliCompetent use of technology and telephony systems./liliMeet the performance goals established for the position: efficiency, call quality, revenue generated, sold certificates, team performance, needs-based selling, conversion rate, and closing ratio./li/ulpQualifications/pulli2+ years of customer service and sales related experience in office setting, call center setting or phone support role./liliThis position will require Life and Health License and Property and Casualty License to be obtained/liliBi-lingual preferred but not required (Mandarin, Spanish, or French), and fluent in English as well./liliDemonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programs/liliA proficient problem-solving approach to quickly assess the current state and formulate recommendations/liliProficient in translating healthcare and insurance-related jargon and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions customers and producers can understand and act upon/liliAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in written format (via Live Chats and email)/liliProficient conflict management skills including the ability to resolve issues in a stressful situation and demonstrate personal resilience/liliBachelors degree preferred but not required./liliFlexibility to customize approach to meet all types of customer/producer communication styles and personalities/liliAbility to multi-task, including the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and system programs while speaking on the telephone/liliAbility to develop an understanding of our multiple products and levels of benefits within each product/li/ulpPreferred Skills/pulliMulti-lingual capabilities with an emphasis on Spanish, French, or Mandarin/liliProperty and Casualty License/liliLife and Health License/liliCommon Insurance Industry experience/li/ulpPerks/pulliComprehensive benefits package including Medical/RX/Dental/Vision insurance/lili401k Plan with company match/liliPaid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays/liliFree employee parking/liliCasual dress environment/liliTuition reimbursement plan/li/ulpIMG is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
