A leading New York Law Firm has an immediate opening for a Corporate/M&A Senior Associate with 5 - 7 years' experience. Private equity experience is required. The successful candidate should also have experience in a variety of sophisticated transactional work, including (but not limited to) domestic and cross-border purchase and sale transactions, strategic mergers, leveraged buy outs, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and corporate governance advice.
