Electro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist

Join an industry-leading manufacturer as an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist and turn prints and parts into production-ready equipment. You'll start your day with a clear work order, assemble with precision, and finish with the satisfaction of a clean inspection sheet.

A day in this role

  • 6:00 AM: Review blueprints, electrical schematics, and work orders; stage components and tools.
  • Morning build: Assemble sub-assemblies and full machines using hand and power tools; route wiring to spec.
  • Late morning: Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to resolve fit, function, or continuity issues.
  • Afternoon: Verify accuracy with precision gauges, hand metrology tools, and tape measurements; document results.
  • All day: Safely handle heavy materials, collaborate with teammates, and keep a clean, organized workspace.

Role details

  • Employment: Direct hire (no contract or temp period)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • Location: Omaha, NE 68127

What you bring

  • Hands-on manufacturing experience; prior assembly work is highly preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders accurately.
  • Skilled with hand and power tools; comfortable with occasional heavy lifting. xhyhwjd
  • Mechanical and electrical background highly preferred.
