Sales Operations and Installation Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Operations and Installation Coordinator Location: Delray Beach, FL Position Type: Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday Employment: Full time (40 hours/week) – Exempt employee Job Description: TRX Training is seeking an energetic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented problem solver to join our Sales Operations team. As a Sales Operations and Installation Coordinator of large gym equipment, you will support the company’s domestic commercial customers. The candidate will be based in Delray Beach, FL, at the TRX Training Center / TRX Head Corporate Office, and will report directly to the Senior Global Sales Operations Manager. A dispensation from Center-based work (e.g. remote arrangements) may be exceptionally granted by the TRX CEO for exceptional candidates on a case‑by‑case basis. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate large metal racking solutions (e.g. Studio Line™) installations, including quotations, site-readiness evaluations, layout, mapping, shipment coordination, and installation-related services, such as bookings and third-party vendor management. In coordination with the sales department, provide outstanding support to our customers and sales team, ensuring timely resolution of all issues and concerns up to servicing and customer warranty follow-up. Set up accounts and manage order processing, tracking, and reporting in either Netsuite® or Salesforce CRM® software. Process and update purchase orders (POs) in coordination with the sales teams, and provide quality control, cost / shipping estimates, and maintain order accuracy. Manage orders and warranty claims, including processing returns and credit memos, partial orders, and resolve shipments issues. Serve as liaison to Operations and coordinate with third-party 3PL teams for solutions either on the U.S. side or internationally. Serve as a single point of contact for operational issues, such as managing communication on delayed deliveries. As part of a small nimble team, you will also be asked to serve occasionally as support for other team members, and will need to understand other business operations, most aspects of the brand and be able to help service the TRX brand at all times. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent to provide support to a capacity to operate in the designated role. Lack of bachelor’s degree may be accepted with proof of substantial direct experience in the field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer relationship management through sales operations, customer service, sales, or logistics with bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 15 years without bachelor’s degree. Employment in the field of fitness and setup in the unique dynamics of gyms (requirement of a mandatory knowledge or experience of operational logistics in the field of fitness and of gyms). Applicants with achievements or deep knowledge in sports, fitness, or health may be given preference. Ability to prioritize among multiple responsibilities and solve problems effectively. Independent, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Excellent coordination and written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in NetSuite or comparable ERP and WMS software, as well as Microsoft Excel and the Office Suite.
