Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a detailed-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a highly experienced legal team. You will perform a variety of paralegal functions to assist senior paralegals and attorneys in completing casework, managing documentation, and interacting with clients. Under direction, you will complete substantive legal work requiring strong knowledge of legal concepts. Key responsibilities include reviewing new cases, conducting investigations, processing claims, and assisting with settlements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct witness interviews and case investigations via telephone, mail, and in person. Organize documents, enter data, index files, and scan records into client databases. Review, summarize, and code medical records for case files. Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and online databases. Maintain physical and digital client files while handling correspondence with clients and co-counsel. Write legal memos, handle daily file maintenance, and complete special projects as requested. Bachelor’s degree, Associates, and/or Paralegal Certificate required. 3 years of paralegal work experience. Strong competency in MS Office suite. Experience with document review databases like Relativity is preferred. Must be highly organized and detail oriented. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Interested?
