About the Role

\n

A growing, technology-driven fintech firm serving institutional clients is seeking a Client Services Associate to support client relationships throughout their lifecycle, with increasing ownership of assigned accounts.

\n

You will work closely with Sales, Legal, Index Production, Product, and Finance to coordinate contracts, onboarding, implementation, launches, and reporting. This role offers a clear path into client-facing account management within a growing global business.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, taking increasing ownership of client relationships.
\n
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, stakeholders, projects, and use of the firm’s indices.
\n
• Coordinate client onboarding from commercial agreement through contracting, implementation, and launch.
\n
• Draft contracts using established templates and coordinate reviews with Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders.
\n
• Track project milestones, launches, and deliverables, resolving issues that could delay contracting or implementation.
\n
• Identify relationship risks, additional client needs, and opportunities to expand engagement.
\n
• Maintain accurate client, contract, project, and pipeline information in Salesforce.
\n
• Support sales operations through pipeline reporting, data management, and cross-functional coordination.
\n
• Use AI and other technology tools to analyze information, develop dashboards and reports, and generate actionable insights.
\n
• Improve Client Services processes, reporting, tools, and controls as the business grows.

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, economics, business, or a related discipline.
\n
• Ideally 2–4 years of client services or account management experience within financial services, supporting institutional clients.
\n
• Strong interest in financial markets and a willingness to develop knowledge of indices and index-linked products.
\n
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
\n
• Experience reviewing and drafting contracts using established templates.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
\n
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
\n
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate within a fast-paced global team.
