Alchelyst is a client solutions and infrastructure partner for private markets asset managers. Alchelyst has offices in the US, Ireland, UK, Luxembourg and India. In this role, you will support the onboarding and servicing of financial intermediary firms for Alchelyst’s GP clients, their private markets funds, and investors. You will work closely with Alchelyst’s clients, financial intermediaries, financial advisors, clients’ sales teams, third‑party administrators, and transfer agents across a broad range of alternative investment structures, including private equity funds, non‑traded REITs, BDCs, interval funds, and operating companies. This is a highly collaborative, client‑facing role that blends onboarding, operational execution, and relationship management on behalf of Alchelyst’s clients. Key Responsibilities Onboarding Support the onboarding of new distribution partners, custodians, and platforms to facilitate the launch of private market funds within global wealth channels for Alchelyst's GP clients. Assist in launching private market funds and feeder vehicles in coordination with clients’ internal teams and external service providers. Serve as an operational point of contact for financial intermediaries and distribution partners across pre‑ and post‑sales activities representing Alchelyst and its clients. Help oversee key service providers to ensure onboarding milestones and service standards are met. Prepare and maintain onboarding and launch‑related materials for Alchelyst's clients’ internal and external stakeholders, including fund status updates, distributor readiness, and product availability. Client Servicing Deliver high‑quality client service on behalf of Alchelyst's clients to internal teams, financial intermediaries, advisors, and service providers through accurate, timely, and consistent communication. Assist with the oversight of investor paperwork and trade processing with transfer agents, ensuring timely resolution of issues and clear communication of statuses to clients and intermediaries. Ensure the accuracy of operational deliverables prior to distribution, including client statements, dealing calendars, and investor forms. Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance data accuracy within Alchelyst's internal systems and reporting. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams at Alchelyst and within the client’s ecosystem, including Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Escalate issues appropriately and proactively, and report trends related to onboarding and servicing to key stakeholders both internally and at client firms. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of experience in Financial Services, with exposure to operations, client service, investor operations, and/or fund operations. Strong understanding of the wealth management segment from an operational and client service perspective. Working knowledge of private markets investment structures and trading/clearing processes for alternative investments and/or mutual funds. Highly self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain urgency. Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential firm and client information. Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing/workflow tools, and Microsoft Office applications. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location.
