Senior Scrum Master

Insight Global is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team, preferably onsite in Central CT but can be remote for the right candidate. The project is focused around replacing their old ERP software and organize the business program in the process. There will also be data conversions and integrations with other asset management software in the process. The Scrum Master will be expected to facilitate agile ceremonies and daily stand ups, and help improve the overall collaboration of the team. They will be expected to track sprint progress and help ensure that these deliverables stay on schedule. They will work closely with other team members to identify road blocks, facilitate retrospective discussions and improve future sprints.
his role goes beyond facilitating Scrum events; it requires a hands-on approach to understanding technical leads, estimation processes, and the scope of work to ensure teams deliver on commitments. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by driving backlog clarity, challenging developer mindsets, and focusing on metrics that measure true value. The ideal Scrum Master will have experience overseeing 2+ agile teams and have an agile background.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-10 years as a Scrum Master
- Experience overseeing 2 agile teams
- Experience with Jira or Rally
- Experience working on integration projects with SAP


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of Maximo
- Knowledge of Azure
