Responsibilities Our Ultrasound Technologists autonomously performs high quality, advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging required for tertiary care in outpatient and inpatient settings, including abdominal, vascular, abdominal vasculature, small parts, and OBGYN exams. Visit us at Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited Sonography Program and /or ARDMS registered or registry eligible. One year of experience as a Sonographer preferred. Associate degree or above preferred. ARDMS registered or registry eligible in the areas of abdomen, obstetrics/gynecology (OB/GYN) and vascular technology (RVT). ARDMS registered in Abdomen, Obgyn, and RVT within 18 months of Mayo employment. Each certification should be achieved every 6 months. Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of start date. Exemption Status Nonexempt Compensation Detail $35.45 - $53.15 / hour Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Career and salary growth potential within a three-tier system (Tech Levels I, II, III) Benefits Eligible Yes Schedule Part Time Hours/Pay Period 40 Schedule Details 10-hr shifts, every 3rd weekend. Weekdays vary. Start times range from 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Weekend 10-hrs start from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Helps cover off-shifts (2nd & 3rd), back-up call, & 1-2 holidays/yr. Orientation is full-time apprx 6-7 mos. Tech Ladder seniority & involvement opportunities.
