About the Role:

Join RIVER CITY SERVICES INC as a Lawn Maintenance Tech/Driver in beautiful Jacksonville, FL! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to maintain vibrant landscapes while driving our reliable service vehicles. If you love working outdoors and have a passion for making lawns thrive, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.
Drive company vehicles to various job sites safely and efficiently.
Utilize landscaping equipment and tools to ensure high-quality service.
Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
Maintain equipment and report any issues to management.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Assist in the training of new team members when necessary.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
Knowledge of lawn maintenance best practices and equipment.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
