Schedule Shift - Hours Full-time - Hours vary - Hours Vary Cardiac Surgeon We are seeking a cardiac surgeon to work full-time or part‑time at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited Medical School Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery Expertise in TAVR required; other catheter‑based skills desirable At least five years of post‑fellowship experience preferred Verifiable excellent outcomes Job Summary Full spectrum of adult cardiac surgical procedures, including TAVR Employed at Sinai Hospital, full‑time or part‑time Two cardiac operating rooms with dedicated staff Dedicated Cardiac ICU staff Support from 20‑25 Advanced Practice Providers system‑wide (24/7/365) Twenty‑eight days of PTO, 5 days of CME, and $7,500 reimbursement opportunity for CME and professional expenses Competitive salary and benefits structure; base salary for a full‑time 1.0 physician ranges from $675‑850K depending on experience, with additional wRVU and quality incentive opportunities Benefits Full benefits package Free parking 403(b) retirement plan 457(b) deferred compensation plan Life insurance Discounted memberships at the LifeBridge Health and Fitness Center Competitive compensation and additional incentives (overtime, shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses may apply depending on job) LifeBridge Health complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex or sexual orientation and gender identity/expression.
