Perform general preventative building maintenance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Build shipping crates according to product specificationUtilize common manual and power toolsMeasure and cut wood, foam and harnessesOperate a forkliftScrap unusable inventoryPerform some preventative building maintenance that does not require a licensed professionalManages small projects without supervisionEffectively communicate with coworkers and vendorsPerform additional duties as directed by the SupervisorEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or an EquivalentForklift certifiedSuccessfully completed 90 days with proven ability to use any job-related tools properly and safely, follow instruction, and work independentlyProficient in the English languageOccasional overtimeThis position is safety sensitive and is subject to drug and alcohol testing per DOT regulations.Abilities and Skills:Able to demonstrate carpentry skillsAble to perform basic building maintenanceMust exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work productExcellent organizational skillsAttention to detail and accuracyPhysical requirements:Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Stand for extended periods of timeBend, twist, stretch or reach with body, arms and legsManual and finger dexterityNear visionIf you would like to see your career take flight, apply today!Aersale is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
