Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in South Carolina
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions for students ages PreK–12
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Adaptable, positive attitude with a commitment to inclusive student support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ functional needs in classroom settings
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and school objectives
• Deliver individual, group, or consultative therapy to promote student engagement, mobility, and independence
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help shape students’ educational experiences
• Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, or environmental supports
