Pay & Benefits

• Flat on-call rate: $5,000–$6,000 per day; holiday call rate: $7,500–$9,000
• Additional pay: Malpractice included, support staff provided

What You'll Do

• Provide full scope OB/GYN care including deliveries (vaginal and cesarean) and gynecological surgeries
• Manage OB/GYN emergency cases and perform necessary procedures
• Support inpatient and outpatient services as required
• Respond promptly to on-call emergencies within a 20-minute window
• Collaborate with dedicated medical support staff and support the hospital’s OB/GYN department

What You Need

• Active California medical license with unrestricted privileges
• Board certification in OB/GYN or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 2+ years of OB/GYN experience with full procedural scope
• Ability to handle high-volume OB/GYN cases (up to 20 patients/day)
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
