Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: Paid per flat-rate on-call basis ($5,000 $8,250 depending on shift)
• Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit

What You'll Do:

• Provide full-scope OB/GYN care, including deliveries (vaginal and C-section) and gynecological surgeries
• Cover 24-hour OB/GYN emergency call shifts, no clinic duties
• Respond within 20 minutes during on-call hours
• Manage approximately 16-20 patient admissions per day
• Collaborate with dedicated support staff, including a physician practice manager and medical assistants
• Ensure high-quality patient care in a hospital setting with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

What You Need:

• Active California Medical License
• Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum 2 years of OB/GYN experience
• Ability to handle full-scope OB/GYN cases, including deliveries and surgeries
• No NICU required
• Active medical staff privileges (preferred to be unrestricted, no proctoring required)
