Job Type: Contract (6+ months, strong likelihood of extension) Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid, near the Spectrum) Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $37-$42/hr, depending on experience No Visa Sponsorship Available for this role What You'll Do: Schedule and coordinate interviews, including multi-attendee panel interviews and debrief meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams Manage calendars and book meetings in Outlook, making heavy use of Quick Parts and templates Coordinate candidate travel arrangements as needed Partner with recruiters and the hiring manager to keep the talent acquisition process moving efficiently Support technical sourcing efforts using tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed What Gets You the Job: Strong coordinating and scheduling experience within HR and/or Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Proficiency with Outlook and Quick Parts, with comfort working from templates Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sourcing experience and familiarity with sourcing tools (highly preferred) Technical recruiting experience (highly preferred) Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) connects top talent with exceptional opportunities in IT, Security, Engineering, and Design.
