Oversee and nurture a diverse portfolio of established clients, ensuring their protection needs evolve alongside their personal and business successes.

Analyze complex risk profiles to develop sophisticated, bespoke insurance strategies that provide genuine peace of mind.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the most comprehensive coverage options available for our clientele.

Mentor a small group of associate agents, sharing your industry expertise to help them refine their skills and approach.

Represent The Atlantic District within the Middletown business community by attending local functions and building meaningful relationships.

Identify areas where our agency can refine its processes or product offerings to better serve those who rely on our guidance.

Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer license.

Minimum of five years experience managing high-value insurance portfolios.

Advanced understanding of commercial risk assessment and underwriting standards.

Expertise in utilizing agency management systems to track and optimize business growth.

Strong track record of mentoring junior staff and fostering collaborative partnerships.

Excellent negotiation skills and a talent for complex problem-solving.
