Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business while maintaining our existing portfolio.

Meet with potential clients in our New Britain office to evaluate their coverage needs and identify potential gaps.

Prepare tailored insurance proposals and walk clients through their options with clarity and patience.

Manage policy renewals and conduct regular check-ins to ensure our clients feel fully supported and protected.

Collaborate with the broader team to refine our sales processes and improve the overall client experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our database to ensure seamless service.

Connecticut Property & Casualty Producer License.

Three or more years of professional experience in insurance sales.

Demonstrated history of managing client portfolios and meeting growth targets.

Strong comfort level with consultative selling and building long-term relationships.

High level of proficiency with agency management systems and digital document management.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex coverage details simply.
