This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment. Early-career physicians will greatly benefit from superb mentorship including partners who first assist major cases. Responsibilities and Schedule On call rotation 1:9 (with new physician). RNs take all patient phone calls after hours. Post‑call day off. Dedicated surgery day; dedicated hospital L&D day. 4‑day work week with post call day off. Two office locations: Carmel and Westfield, Indiana. Provider team: 6 physicians & 4 nurse practitioners. Robotics‑trained physicians. Two in‑office ultrasonographers. In‑office NSTs. In‑office procedures: Endosee, Myosure, LEEP, bubble test (tubal patency), IUD, Nexplanon, colposcopy, hysteroscopy, ablation. Senior physician status eligibility (partnership track). Generous PTO, including PTO for CME. Hospital Affiliation Ascension St Vincent Carmel. Level III NICU. In‑house anesthesia 24/7. MFM and neonatal specialty care 24/7.
