If you take pride in precision work, enjoy problem-solving, and want to be part of a team that keeps critical operations running, we want to hear from you.**What You’ll Do**As a Millwright, you will:* Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems* Perform precision alignments, leveling, and balancing of equipment* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings* Perform fabrication and welding as required* Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime* Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions quickly* Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams* Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards**What We’re Looking For**Required Qualifications:* High school diploma or GED* 3+ years of industrial millwright or mechanical maintenance experience* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills* Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems* Welding and fabrication experience* Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools* Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed* Commitment to safety and teamworkPreferred Qualifications:* Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent training* Experience in manufacturing environments common to the Tri-State area (food processing, plastics, metals, etc.)* PLC or basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge**Why Work With Us?*** Starting pay of $28.31 per hour with no top out pay* Overtime opportunities* Shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts* Weekly pay* Annual incentive bonus opportunities and optional perks* 401(k) with employer contribution AND a company-sponsored pension plan* Tuition reimbursement programs* Medical benefits for you and your family for under $35/week* Annual allowances for tools, safety shoes, and prescription safety glasses***LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER***The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
