As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol in Tempe, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to site needs. Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and maintain visitor and incident documentation.
• Report security-related observations, maintenance concerns, and unusual activity to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
