As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Tempe, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven values.

Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout financial institution locations, including entrances, common areas, offices, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with credential and entry-control procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
