Senior Marketing & Contact Center Analytics Lead

Becton Dickinson is seeking a Sr. Marketing and Contact Center Business Analyst who will bridge data analysis with operational excellence. You will improve call center performance and customer satisfaction, using various analytics tools like Power BI and Tableau. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analytics, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and skills in SQL and data visualization.
