Real Estate Associate

Our client, a prominent international law firm, seeks a 2nd or 3rd year Real Estate Associate (JD 2023 or 2024) to join their Los Angeles office. Candidates must be admitted and in good standing to practice law in California.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE/BE:

Bright, thoughtful, and creative. Experience with real estate financing and purchase and sale transactions. Conducting title and survey review experience. Drafting and negotiating loan documents and transaction documents. experience. Facilitating closings. Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills. Accurate and strong attention to detail. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage multiple projects and people. The Real Estate Associate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group, having a diverse practice centered on providing creative solutions to cutting-edge issues and utilizing the building blocks of property, contract, and regulatory law.
