- Great visitors warmly, verify identification, and have patients complete intake
- Book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments to optimizer provider time
- Answer multi-line phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages to clinical staff
- Verify patient insurance
- Collect co-pays, and process payments
- Can information to medical charts
- Must have strong computer skills
