Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments through intake interviews and clinical evaluations to determine mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment strategies.

• Collaborate closely with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, participating in treatment planning and case conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification and recovery processes. This group may include individuals facing mental health issues related to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You'll be instrumental in connecting these individuals to necessary resources and support systems crucial for sustainable recovery and mental health improvement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n
