Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state Special Education teaching credential or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

- Strong classroom management and communication abilities
- Enthusiasm for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet students’ unique needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction based on student needs and IEP goals
- Adapt grade-level curriculum to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners
- Monitor student progress, maintaining records and providing regular updates to parents and staff
- Work closely with general education teachers to support inclusion and accommodations
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development
