This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Master’s degree in Engineering OR
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering & 2 years of Engineering experience.
• Working knowledge and experience with cGMP procedures and engineering practices on pharmaceutical/biotech production processes, facilities, and equipment.
• Familiarity with process characterization, validation, monitoring, and optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and experience conducting root cause investigations. Expertise in identifying and managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Strong knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Experience managing technical documentation and records. System Owner Experience- MMP experience.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Availability to work non-standard shifts operation.

Job summary: Under general supervision, provides characterization of process optimization strategies and/or troubleshooting of operational issues in the operations, manufacturing, pilot plant or capital projects environment. Applies basic engineering principles to the design and implementation of system modifications, experiments and/or capital projects. Organizes, analyzes and presents interpretation of results for operational issues or engineering projects of minor scope and complexity.
