Responsibilities Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for workflows within a consolidated platform Conduct user research and usability testing, translating findings into concrete design decisions Build within our shared design system and collaboration cycle Partner directly with developers to keep workflows clean and accurate Qualifications 3 years designing interfaces, flows, and prototypes with input from real users Practical experience with human-centered design (HCD), atomic design, and lean UX concepts and methodologies Ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders Proficiency with collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence team-wide or at enterprise scale Working understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) Bonus Points Experience on a large-scale federal IT program Experience with ServiceNow Experience with SAFe delivery framework Exposure to AI-assisted design tools (NotebookLM, Figma AI, etc.) Security Requirements Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position. Pay Range The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $78,600 - $160,200 USD.
