Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the United States. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred.
