Position: Family Law Attorney

Employment Type: full-time position; however, we believe strongly in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. While full-time is what we are looking for, we are open to discussing flexible schedules and reduced hours for the right candidate.

We are seeking a motivated and driven Family Law Attorney to join our team. We are open to attorneys at all stages of their careers. From newly licensed attorneys to experienced family law attorneys.

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about helping clients navigate challenging family law matters, is confident in their legal abilities, and is motivated by results.

Job Duties include but not limited to;

• Represent clients in a variety of family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, paternity actions, child support, spousal support and domestic violence.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Attend hearings and court proceedings as needed.
• Manage cases efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Provide clients with knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate legal representation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Family law experience is welcome but not required.

Compensation

This position offers a performance-based compensation structure, providing the opportunity for attorneys to increase their earnings based on their productivity, results, and contribution to the practice.

We are prepared to dicuss the compensation structure with candidates based on experience, qualifications, and the responsibilities of the position.
