Salary/Pay Rate: $15.00 to $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Location: Rigby, Idaho (Servicing Idaho & Wyoming Region)

Job/Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Occasional Saturday work as needed during peak season)

Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License preferred

Whether you are new to the trade or bring prior experience, we provide hands-on training, consistent work, and a clear path for advancement into higher-level roles such as Crew Leader and Foreman. How You Will Make An Impact

• Assist with installation of residential and light commercial roofing systems including shingles, metal, and TPO
• Load, transport, and stage roofing materials efficiently across active job sites
• Support tear-off, prep work, underlayment installation, and cleanup operations
• Follow company installation standards to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Maintain clean and organized job sites to promote safety and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Adhere to all OSHA safety requirements including fall protection and proper equipment usage

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the roofing trade
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including lifting up to 75 lbs and working at heights
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous roofing or construction experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
• Basic knowledge of roofing tools and materials
• Interest in long-term career growth within the company
