Location Grove City, OH, 43123, United States Compensation Annual base pay: $56,160.00 – $106,080.00 Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 (select locations) Bonus incentive eligibility Minimum Qualifications 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance EPA Type I, II, or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass an MVR check 18 years or older and high school diploma or equivalent Job Duties Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using hand, digital, and power tools. Use the work order management system to receive repair work orders, support store associates, and document repair activities. Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls. Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues. Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines by following Walmart’s Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines. Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and work comfortably at heights frequently.
