Project Manager

Our client is experiencing rapid growth! They’ve more than doubled revenue over the past three years, and the project pipeline keeps accelerating. As they enter a high-volume execution phase, they’re looking for a hands‑on Construction Project Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and scalability to their projects. This role is NOT for software or IT‑only PMs. We’re specifically looking for someone with real construction and jobsite experience who is comfortable managing multiple active projects in the field. What you’ll be doing: Manage 20–30 concurrent construction projects ($500K–$2M+) Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, and vendors Track schedules, budgets, materials, and milestones Be present on jobsites as needed Use tools like Fieldwire (required) and JetBuilt Help document and improve PM processes as the department scales Bring structure and repeatability to a fast‑growing environment What our client is looking for: 3–5+ years of construction Project Management experience Strong jobsite and field operations background Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Organized, communicative, team‑first mindset Low‑voltage, cabling, fiber, or access control experience Comfortable in a high‑growth, high‑volume environment Nice to have: Hands‑on experience with Fieldwire Electrical or GC background Procore / Autodesk Construction Cloud Process‑oriented mindset Location & Work Model: Lewes, Delaware (or within ~1 hour commute) Hybrid role – typically 70% onsite / 30% remote Site visits required Why this role?
