Associate Attorney - Litigation

Responsibilities Handle civil litigation matters from inception through trial Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Take and defend depositions and appear in state and federal courts Manage a caseload of civil litigation files with increasing independence Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and trial preparation Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal memoranda Negotiate settlements and manage client communications throughout the litigation lifecycle Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school required 3-7 years of civil litigation experience required Deposition experience required Dispositive motion drafting experience required Strong legal research and writing skills required Preferred Qualifications Insurance defense or personal injury litigation experience Trial experience (first-chair or second-chair) Experience in both state and federal courts in Colorado Established relationships with Colorado courts and court personnel #J-18808-Ljbffr Precision Technologies
