This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is looking to build a strong legal foundation while working alongside experienced legal professionals across a variety of practice areas. The successful candidate will possess exceptional legal writing abilities, sound analytical judgment, outstanding organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research and case law analysis

Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence

Support senior attorneys with litigation strategy and case management

Prepare discovery responses, document productions, and trial materials

Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress

Review legal documents for accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation

Stay current on changes in statutes, regulations, and applicable case law

Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve favorable client outcomes

Manage assigned matters while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Active license and admission to practice law in the State of Colorado

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Detail-oriented with sound professional judgment

0-3 years of legal experience

U.S.-based applicants only

Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience supporting litigation or transactional matters

Judicial clerkship, law review, moot court, or similar legal accomplishments

Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Trial preparation or deposition experienceStrong client relationship management skills

Ability to work independently while contributing within a collaborative legal team

Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing legal education

HireNow Package

Compensation: $110,000-$185,000 annually
