What You'll Do

As an Employment Specialist, you'll serve as both a trusted career advisor and a workforce consultant. You'll help job seekers discover rewarding opportunities while partnering with local businesses to solve their hiring challenges.

Your responsibilities include:

• Interviewing, evaluating, and matching candidates with positions that align with their skills, experience, and career goals.
• Creating an exceptional candidate experience from the first conversation through placement and follow-up.
• Recruiting top talent through online job boards, social media, referrals, networking, community outreach, and recruiting events.
• Building strong relationships with local employers to understand their workforce needs.
• Partnering with our Business Development team to deliver customized staffing solutions.
• Managing multiple job openings and candidate pipelines while maintaining excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Communicating consistently with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Representing Express Employment Professionals with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
