Audit Manager

Leading the organization's audit program, the full-time remote Audit Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory, client, vendor, and internal audits while managing audit readiness, execution, and remediation efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive audit program, including an annual audit calendar and standardized processes Coordinate regulatory and client audits, ensuring accurate and timely responses to audit requests Oversee internal audits and risk assessments, partnering with process owners to implement corrective actions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Compliance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in auditing, compliance, or healthcare operations, particularly in a PBM or insurance context Proven experience managing audits from planning through resolution, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies and internal controls Demonstrated ability to analyze complex operational processes and identify risks and control gaps Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple audits and competing priorities
