Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.  

The city of  Lacey is technically a suburb of Olympia, but its relative proximity to JBLM and beautiful surroundings makes it an attractive choice for military members and their families. Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA
• Licensed in state of practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA; license in good standing.
• Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
