Location: Columbus, OH 43228

Pay: $19/hour
Start ASAP

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Mandatory OT up to 2 hours/day during peak season
• Potential future hours through 8:00 PM EST and rotating weekends

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Troubleshoot equipment and generator issues
• Guide customers through solutions with professionalism and empathy
• Document customer interactions and resolutions

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Technical troubleshooting experience or aptitude preferred
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and patience

Work Environment

• Average 70-100 customer contacts per day (calls and emails)
• Peak season: 35-45 calls/day
• Slow season: 25-35 calls/day
