General Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to regulatory compliance and company policies.


Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing project schedules, conducting regular site inspections, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during construction. You will be tasked with managing resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, while fostering a collaborative work environment. The General Superintendent will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, preparing progress reports, and ensuring that all team members are well-informed of project goals and timelines.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a supervisory role. A solid understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes is essential. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, and relevant certifications will be considered an asset.
