- Daily field operations, subcontractors, schedule, quality, safety, client level finish.
- Fluent Spanish speaking
- Luxury residential ground up experience
- Strong scheduling ability
- Ability to drive subs and deliver without being managed
- Hitting schedule
- Zero excuses on quality
- Tight coordination across multiple jobs
