Construction Superintendent - Custom Homes

I'm currently representing a highly regarded custom home builder that is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of luxury custom residences throughout South Florida. This is an opportunity to join a builder with an outstanding reputation for craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and delivering high-end custom homes from the ground up. Responsibilities Manage all onsite construction activities from sitework through final completion. Lead subcontractors and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, look-aheads, and daily work plans. Conduct daily site walks and coordinate subcontractor activities. Oversee quality control and ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and client expectations. Coordinate inspections, permitting requirements, and punch-list completion. Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, Designers, Engineers, and Homeowners. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a residential builder or General Contractor. Proven experience building custom homes from the ground up. Strong understanding of concrete, framing, building envelope, MEP coordination, and luxury interior finishes. Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and project sequencing. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Background Luxury custom homes valued at $3M-$20M+. Waterfront residences, estate homes, or architecturally complex homes. High-end finishes including custom cabinetry, millwork, stonework, specialty lighting, and smart home systems.
