GENERAL MANAGER

General Manager
As a general manager of a restaurant, you will provide the team with the skill, leadership, training, and motivation to run a great restaurant that provides both customer satisfaction using Wendy's standards and procedures as well as ensuring profits.
What you can expect:
You will be trained in Wendy's procedures, standards, and values. Your salary will be competitive in the market place. You will be provided with vacation time, free meals, needed time off, bonus opportunity, and health insurance.
What we expect from you:
You will be available to operate your restaurant 24/7. You will hire, train, and develop staff members to efficiently operate your restaurant. As a salaried position, you will work a scheduled work week of 5 days/ 10 hour shifts or more as needed.
This job opportunity is with one of our many franchisees. Independently owned and operated, Wendy's franchise organizations determine their own compensation, benefits, and career programs which may vary from company-owned locations.
