Real Estate Operations Manager

Description

The Gubb Team is looking for a sharp, highly organized Operations Manager to become the main backbone behind a business closing roughly 100 transactions a year.

This is for someone who thinks three steps ahead , sees problems before they become problems , and takes ownership from start to finish . You'll oversee transactions, listings, systems, marketing, CRM, vendors, and support staff, giving the lead agents the freedom to stay focused on clients, relationships, and sales.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $70,000-$85,000 yearly base salary

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations across transactions, listings, CRM, and marketing
• Keep 100 transactions moving smoothly from contract to close
• Anticipate problems, remove roadblocks, and stay three steps ahead
• Build smarter systems using AI, automation, and technology
• Manage vendors and support staff with clear accountability
• Track pipeline, production, budgets, and key business priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate operations or transaction experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of transactions, listings, CRM, and real estate workflows
• Smart, independent, proactive, and naturally wired to think ahead
• Exceptional organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Comfortable managing strong personalities, clients, vendors, and multiple priorities
• Forward-thinker and able to work independently and with a high-level team
