This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to attract top talent in support of the company’s operational and strategic growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience managing multiple requisitions, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced environment.General Description Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned positionsPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsSource candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and LinkedInScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviewsCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communicationsMaintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system - WorkdayEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processSupport offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding coordinationTrack recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsQualificationsRequired experience2–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience recruiting in energy, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferredExperience with Workday and LinkedIn RecruiterAbility to build relationships with hiring managers and candidatesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneouslyPreferred ExperienceExperience with high-volume recruitingKnowledge of employment laws and hiring complianceStrong sourcing and networking capabilitiesRequired EducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or related experience preferredRequired SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingVenture Global LNG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
