Job Summary As anAssistant Center Manager, you will help oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Assist in leading and managing a team ofGuest Service AssociatesandLicensed Wax Specialists Drive center performance throughsales goals,membership growth, andguest retention Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations Ensure compliance withhealth and safety regulationsand brand standards Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen Qualifications 1+ years of experience inretail sales management,spa/salon operations, orhospitality leadership(or equivalent educational background) Strongsalesbackground preferred Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Sales-driven with a focus oncustomer service excellence Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Growth mindset is key!
