Recruiter

This is a 3 month contract and it's 100% in person Monday- Friday. 1 round interviews in person. 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience with recruiting metrics, SLA, and KPIs Experience sourcing for niche roles using LinkedIn Recruiter Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.) Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training At least 2 years of recent experience in a recruiting function Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience High-volume recruiting experience, especially in a unionized environment Experience conducting competency-based interviews Reporting experience relative to Talent Acquisition performance and metrics Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS systems (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.) Experience collaborating with RPO partner(s) Experience organizing and conducting hiring events Skills, Licenses & Certifications Excellent relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility, and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions Ability to demonstrate a strong customer orientation and influencing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of employment law, corporate recruitment practices Proven leadership skills Ability to think strategically; creative and innovative thinking skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment Knowledge of workforce planning (forecast, identify specific needs, skills, locations, and behaviors) is a plus Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience: 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience with recruiting metrics, SLA, and KPIs Experience sourcing for niche roles using LinkedIn Recruiter Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.) Airline experience Please note that the candidates will be working 100% onsite Monday - Friday. #J-18808-Ljbffr SGS Consulting
