Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Overview

Seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in St. Marys, Ohio. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.

Employee Package

• Salary: $52,000 annually
• Productivity-based bonuses

• Acrrue three weeks' vacation in first year

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist

• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
• Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
• Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account

Job Duties of Counselor/Therapist

• Diagnostic assessments
• Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
• Referral/linkage with other services
• Documentation for provided services
