Senior Client Account Service Associate

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Operations Specialist to join a leading financial services organization. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a strong background in wealth management operations, client services, and financial account administration. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal advisory teams, ensuring a seamless client experience while maintaining operational excellence. This position requires a deep understanding of financial products, account structures, regulatory requirements, and service delivery best practices. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day wealth management and financial services operations. Manage client account servicing, maintenance, and documentation. Process account openings, transfers, and operational requests accurately and efficiently. Address client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. Partner with advisory teams to deliver exceptional client service. Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and operational procedures. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management operations, or client service. Strong knowledge of financial products, account structures, and operational workflows. Active Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) licenses preferred. Life & Health Insurance licenses preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
